Cowgirl Cake

This was my first gluten free cake. I was surprised it actually turned out! The mom wanted a cowgirl/princess/ballerina cake. This is what I ended up with, complete with a horse wearing a tutu! :)

Transformers Cake

Transformers toys are my nemesis. My three year old is always frustrated with them because the parts either fall off, or are impossible to work with. Let's just say I feel the same way about making Transformer cakes...ok, not really, but the detailing always kills me! :)
